1. Services

Each plan includes the deliverables described on the plans section of this website at the time of purchase. Additional services are quoted separately.

2. Price and billing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. [PENDIENTE: confirm subscription vs. one-time payment.]

The advertising budget is separate from the management fee and is defined according to the goals and scope of each campaign. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform or as agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation and refunds

4. Client responsibilities

The client provides accurate information, timely approvals and the access needed to manage their social media and advertising accounts, and is responsible for the content and offers it asks us to publish.

5. Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, sales or leads.

6. Intellectual property

7. Client area

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Campaign data shown in the client area is provided for information and may differ slightly from the advertising platforms due to processing times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Versaty Group's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
