Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number and company name that you provide when you purchase a plan or update your account.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number or security code. We store the payment amount, date, status and Stripe reference identifiers.

Website analytics: we measure visits with our own privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use cookies or third-party trackers for analytics. To count unique visitors we compute an anonymous identifier from a daily-rotating random value, your IP address and browser user agent; the IP address and user agent are not stored and the identifier cannot be linked across days. We store the page visited, the referring website, device type and approximate country.

Advertising campaign data: if you are a client and we manage advertising campaigns for you on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads, we retrieve performance metrics of those campaigns (such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions and leads) through the official Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API, solely to display your results to you in your client area and to our team.

Security information: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to complete two-step verification. These cookies are not used for advertising.

2. How we use information

To provide the services you purchased, manage your account and show you your plan, payments and campaign results.

To process payments and keep accounting records.

To send account emails (verification codes, password resets, payment-related messages).

To send occasional marketing emails to clients. Every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe at any time.

To protect our website and clients from fraud and abuse (for example, limiting login attempts).

3. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us operate the service, under contracts that require them to protect it: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our hosting and database providers, and Meta Platforms and Google (only to retrieve campaign data for accounts we manage). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Meta and Google data

Data obtained from the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API is used only to display campaign performance to the client the campaign belongs to and to Versaty Group staff. It is not sold, not used for advertising profiles, and not transferred to third parties except as required by law.

Versaty Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data retention

We keep account and payment records for as long as you are a client and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics data is kept in aggregated, anonymous form. [PENDIENTE: confirm retention periods with the client.]

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. See also our Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, two-step verification for logins, encrypted storage of access tokens and access controls that limit each client to their own data.

8. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
